Betsy Hopkins is a Training and Technical Assistance Manager for the Workforce Innovation Technical Assistance Center (WINTAC). Betsy was most recently the director of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) at the Maine Department of Labor and is a past president for CSAVR (Counsel of State Administrators for Vocational Rehabilitation). She has served as the chair of Maine’s Employment First Coalition and has over thirty years of experience working with people with disabilities in the vocational rehabilitation field. Betsy has a B.S. in Counseling from New Hampshire College and an M.S. in Education, Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southern Maine with a post graduate certificate from San Diego State University in Rehabilitation Administration. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Massachusetts Boston, School of Global Inclusion and Social Development. Betsy Lives in a small town called Hope which is in the mid-coast area of Maine with her husband and two cats, Oliver and Calvin.
