ADEN 2025 Annual Report
National Disability Institute (NDI) envisions a society where individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to achieve financial stability and independence. A core initiative of NDI is the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN), a division established to support individuals receiving Social Security disability benefits in their efforts to achieve financial security and self-sufficiency through employment. The ADEN team, with focused responsibilities and roles provides essential support services to its members across the country, helping them achieve greater success as EN operators.
ADEN Stakeholders include Participants, Members and other partners, such as various employers and State Vocational Rehabilitation agencies. ADEN’s success is measured through the following three benchmarks:
- Individuals with disabilities achieving employment.
- Participants reduced reliance on SSA disability benefits generates savings to the SSA trust fund and Participant earnings contribute to the federal tax base.
- ADEN core services exceed industry standards and are effective.
Learn more about the indicators of these benchmarks, as well as 2025 outcomes and activities in the ADEN 2025 Annual Report.
