Heather is NDI’s first Grants Manager, hired to support the organization’s fundraising activities across divisions, projects and teams. As a career fundraiser, Heather has led the institutional fundraising strategy as a consultant and as a leader at a variety of nonprofit organizations in her hometown of Philadelphia and has a proven track record of writing successful grants that have won millions in mission-expanding funds for some of the region’s best-known organizations. Heather earned a BA from Washington College and an MLA from the University of Pennsylvania.
