Brian Ingram is the Technical Assistance Manager for National Disability Institute (NDI). Brian is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on Service Integration and the Integrated Resource Team approach. He has worked with partners both in and outside of the workforce system to support employment outcomes for individual job seekers with multiple challenges to employment. He has over 30 years’ professional experience in the fields of disability and employment, focusing on issues of access to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services for customers with disabilities and other challenges to employment at a local, state and national level. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Portland State University.
