Kevin Nickerson is Director and one of the founders of the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN), a division of National Disability Institute (NDI). Kevin is a nationally recognized expert on the effective implementation of Employment Networks (EN) through SSA’s Ticket to Work program within the public workforce system, as well as within for-profit and non-profit organizations that serve individuals with disabilities. Kevin has over 30 years of experience helping SSA disability beneficiaries and worked as a certified community work incentive coordinator (CWIC) through SSA’s Work Incentive Planning Assistance (WIPA) project and its predecessor, the Benefits Planning Assistance & Outreach (BPAO) project. A graduate of Cortland State University, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. When not focused on the work of NDI, you’ll find Kevin restoring vintage arcade machines and other artifacts from the past – bringing new life to these interesting mechanical machines.
