Biography
Leslie Johnson serves as a Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Accessibility at Bank of America. In this role, she leads the company’s enterprise accessibility strategy, advancing disability inclusion through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, advocacy, and talent development. Her work ensures that accessible technology, inclusive hiring, training, and workplace practices are fully aligned with business goals and policy.
A seasoned Human Resources executive, Leslie has advised senior leaders across the company on talent strategies and human capital planning. Her expertise supports the creation and implementation of HR initiatives that drive organizational success and align with broader business priorities.
Since joining Bank of America in 1995, Leslie has held leadership roles across multiple disciplines, including Client Protection, Affinity Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Learning, Global Talent, Global Opportunity & Inclusion, and Human Resources. Most recently, she led Human Resources for the Private Bank. During her two decades in Global HR, she has partnered with businesses across Consumer Banking, Global Technology, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Payment Solutions, Data, Digital & Global Marketing, Workplace Benefits and the Private Bank.
Leslie is deeply committed to developing others, demonstrated through her leadership in mentoring, employee networks, inclusions councils, and local market HR initiatives.
She earned her degree from the University of Virginia, where she majored in Rhetoric and Communication Studies and Sociology.
Leslie is a member of the Women’s Impact Fund in Charlotte, NC and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an organization dedicated to community service.
