Biography
Paula Kelley is a Managing Director and Business Strategy & Initiative Executive for U. S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, she partners with other leaders across the firm to plan and execute key business, operational, organizational and leadership initiatives.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Kelley was Client & Business Management Executive for U. S. Trust’s Northeast, Metro NY, South Atlantic and Southeast high net worth trust divisions for nine years. In this role, she partnered with market, divisional and national leadership to drive fiduciary administration and operational excellence, responsible business growth and associate satisfaction.
Ms. Kelley’s long tenure with Bank of America, and several of its legacy banks, also includes management roles in technology and operations, marketing and communications, strategic planning, project management and sales performance.
She is Enterprise Co-Executive Sponsor for Bank of America’s Disability Advocacy Network (DAN). During her leadership tenure, DAN has grown from 40 to more than 8,000 members, and from one virtual chapter to more than 20 chapters in major cities around the globe. In 2017, DAN was recognized externally as Employee Resource Group (ERG) of the Year. As an NDI Board Member and DAN co-executive sponsor, she also works closely with Bank of America’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team and DAN chapters to improve the lives of those impacted by disabilities.
Ms. Kelley is a founding member of Bank of America’s Enterprise Disability Advisory Council, an executive governance committee that provides guidance, sponsorship and oversight for the successful execution and sustainment of the bank’s enterprise disability strategy. She speaks externally about the bank’s commitment to those impacted by disabilities and was recognized for her diversity and inclusion leadership with a Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager Award.
