Biography
Paula Kelley has over 35 years of experience in financial services and driving disability inclusion. She most recently was a Managing Director and Business Strategy & Initiative Executive for Bank of America Private Bank. In this role, she partnered with other leaders across the firm to plan and execute key business, operational, organizational and leadership initiatives.
Ms. Kelley’s long tenure with Bank of America, and several of its legacy banks, also included leadership roles in technology and operations, marketing and communications, strategic planning, project management and sales performance.
She served as Enterprise Executive Co-Sponsor for Bank of America’s Disability Action Network (DAN). During her tenure, DAN grew from 40 to more than 16,000 memberships, and from one virtual chapter to 30 chapters globally.
Ms. Kelley was a founding member of Bank of America’s Enterprise Disability Advisory Council, an executive governance committee that provides guidance, sponsorship and oversight for the successful execution and sustainment of the bank’s enterprise disability strategy. She was recognized for her diversity and inclusion leadership with a Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager Award.
Ms. Kelley also serves as a Board member of Disability:IN and is an active volunteer in her community.
