Sarah Luczak is the Payments Manager for the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN), a division of the National Disability Institute (NDI). She has more than 4 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities through SSA’s Ticket to Work program, along with nearly a decade of experience in banking and financial services. Sarah is a Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor through Virginia Commonwealth University and earned her degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Ohio University. In her role at ADEN, she supports payment operations and helps advance workforce participation opportunities for beneficiaries nationwide. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, cooking, and cheering on her children at swim meets.
