Our digital operations, distributed workforce and remote work model have enabled us to minimize paper usage and transportation, thereby reducing our environmental impact. NDI recognizes that climate change disproportionately affects vulnerable populations, including people with disabilities, and believe it is our responsibility to demonstrate the connection between our mission of financial stability and climate sustainability.

To achieve this, we focus on encouraging sustainable financial practices, promoting energy efficiency, building community resilience and adopting a paperless approach for conferences and events.
