We are seeking a talented, creative and deadline driven contributor to join our Communications Team and amplify our mission and impact.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Communications Team and help drive measurable results across NDI’s campaigns and initiatives. This position emphasizes data-driven marketing strategy, paid media oversight, and performance reporting to expand NDI’s visibility and impact.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing initiatives to elevate NDI’s brand and program reach. This role requires strong expertise in marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement, paid media strategy, and CRM integration. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data insights to optimize marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and mission impact.
- Performance Measurement & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using GA4, Tag Manager, A/B testing, UTM tracking, and dashboards in collaboration with the Manager of Web & Design.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize audience targeting, engagement, and ROI.
- Build and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards for leadership and project teams.
- Email Marketing & Audience Growth
- Manage and grow NDI’s email subscriber base with an emphasis on segmentation, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee campaign creation, testing, delivery, and analytics in Mailchimp (or equivalent).
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to strengthen reach and conversion rates.
- Paid Media & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital out-of-home (DOOH), social media, and traditional media platforms.
- Develop media plans, oversee budgets, and monitor KPIs to ensure strong performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Partnering with the Social Media & Email Marketing Specialists (team member).
- Marketing Technology & Integration
- Leverage Salesforce, Mailchimp, Monday.com, and other platforms to support marketing automation, campaign tracking, and performance integration.
- Ensure data consistency and optimize workflows across platforms for efficiency and impact.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet brand standards.
- Provide guidance to consultants or contractors contributing to digital marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Required: Google Analytics certification and proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and dashboard creation.
- Preferred: HubSpot CRM experience with marketing integrations (e.g., Mailchimp, Monday.com).
- Proven track record of scaling brand awareness, increasing user engagement, and driving audience growth through strategic content, performance analytics, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, paid media, and digital campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Ad Grant performance and metrics.
- Strong background in email list management and growth.
- Skilled in marketing performance enhancement and paid advertising oversight, including DOOH, social media, and traditional media.
- Ability to design and present campaign performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Adept in WordPress content management (non-technical level only, no design/development).
- Strong project management skills, including campaign planning, budget oversight, team collaboration, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full-time, remote position with occasional extended hours required to meet deadlines. NDI is anchored by the Eastern time zone. Applicants from other time zones are expected to reasonably align their work schedule with their supervisor.
