Nikki Powis serves as the Director of Small Business Programs for NDI, where she leads the strategic direction and implementation of multiple initiatives that support entrepreneurs and small business owners with disabilities. In this role, she champions efforts to advance inclusion within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, while helping entrepreneurs with disabilities start, build, and grow their businesses.

She brings more than 30 years of experience managing programs that expand economic opportunities for underrepresented and underserved populations at the local, regional, state, and national levels.
