Upwards to Financial Stability builds the capacity of service providers throughout Illinois to provide financial education and other financial stability strategies to individuals with disabilities, including developmental disabilities. Project activities include 1) updating and disseminating the Building Assets, Promoting Choice and Community Participation curriculum through multiple training across the state, 2) a webinar series, 3) a peer support network, 4) ongoing technical assistance.
